Introduction

First Fly Aviation Academy ("we," "us," or "our") aims to provide the best training and education experience to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where students need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our courses and services.

General Refund Conditions

Refund requests will be considered based on the following conditions:

  • Course Cancellation by the Academy:
  • If a course is canceled by First Fly Aviation Academy, students will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
  • Student Withdrawal:
  • Refunds for student-initiated withdrawals are subject to the timelines and conditions outlined below.
  • Non-Refundable Fees:
  • Certain fees, such as registration fees, administrative fees, and material costs, may be non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility and Timelines

1. Before Course Commencement:

  • Withdrawal within 7 days of registration: 90% of the course fee will be refunded (excluding non-refundable fees).
  • Withdrawal after 7 days of registration but before course commencement: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

2. After Course Commencement:

  • No refunds will be issued once the course has started.
  • Exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) at the discretion of the Academy. Supporting documentation will be required.

3. Short-Term Courses or Workshops:

  • Fees for short-term courses or workshops are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by the Academy.

Refund Process

To request a refund, students must follow these steps:

  • Submit a Written Request:
  • Email us at info@firstflyaviation.com with the subject line "Refund Request" or submit a written request at our office.
  • Include your name, contact information, course details, and reason for the refund request.
  • Provide Supporting Documents:
  • If applicable, include any documentation to support your refund request (e.g., medical certificates).
  • Processing Time:
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Additional Terms

  • Transfer of Fees:
    • Fees may be transferred to another course within the Academy if requested before the course commencement date and approved by the Academy.
  • Disciplinary Actions:
    • No refunds will be issued to students who are dismissed from the Academy due to violations of our policies.
  • Force Majeure:
    • Refunds may not be provided for disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations).
