A Cabin Crew member is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, security, and comfort during flights. Their duties include conducting safety demonstrations, assisting passengers, serving meals and beverages, and handling emergencies professionally.

Most airlines require candidates to have completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary Education). Good communication skills, especially in English, and a pleasant personality are also important.

Most airlines prefer candidates between 18 and 27 years of age. However, requirements may vary depending on the airline.

Passenger handling involves assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, inflight travel, and arrival while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Inflight service refers to the hospitality services provided onboard, including serving food and beverages, assisting passengers, and maintaining cabin standards.

A safety demonstration is a mandatory briefing given before takeoff to inform passengers about seat belts, oxygen masks, life jackets, emergency exits, and other safety procedures.

These include elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, passengers with disabilities, pregnant women, and VIP travelers who may require additional assistance.

While not mandatory for all airlines, basic swimming skills are preferred because Cabin Crew members may need to assist passengers during water emergencies.

Aviation hospitality focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring passengers have a comfortable and pleasant flying experience.

Body language is extremely important. Airlines look for candidates who demonstrate confidence, professionalism, friendliness, and positive communication through their posture and expressions.
